A Class AA Pt100 in a tri-clamp thermowell gives fast, traceable temperature at the vessel wall. Calibration certificates support the validation file.

Resistance thermometry (RTD)

The resistance of a platinum element rises predictably with temperature, typically 100 Ω at 0 °C for Pt100.
