OVERVIEW
What it does and why it is built this way
The CV-310 is a smart electro-pneumatic positioner. It compares the 4–20 mA setpoint with measured stem position and drives the actuator until they agree.
Diagnostics record friction, travel and air consumption, and a partial-stroke test proves shutdown valves still move without interrupting the process.
